The COLONY UNDERGROUND LIBERATION COALITION began simply as a small modern art collective founded by Xavier on the fringes of the L.A. Art community.  The Colony soon became one of the hottest art collectives in Hollywood until local legislation, perpetuated by the BOARD of MORALITY, forced them to go into hiding. Refusing to give up, Xavier decided to move the entire organization underground, literally.  Now Xavier and the eclectic refugees that make up the Colony are leading the fight against artistic censorship and government overreach.
